
An apparent shooting victim refused medical attention after Birmingham police responded to their location near the intersection of Dennison Avenue Southwest and Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive.
Officers received a call that a person had been shot late this afternoon. When officers arrived, they found one victim that had been shot, but the victim refused medical attention. When FOX6 News crew left the scene, police said that they were trying to persuade the man to seek medical attention for a wound. They added that it doesn't appear to be life-threatening.
