
Kairos Quick Beef Stroganoff

1 pound Ground Chuck
1 Vidalia or Sweet Onion, Diced
1 can Cream of Mushroom
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 cup Sour Cream
1 tablespoon Heavy Cream, or half & half
2 cups cooked Ziti or Rigatoni
1clove garlic, minced
Fresh cracked white pepper, to taste
Sea salt, to taste
1 tablespoon dry Ranch Dressing Mix
1 Tablespoon Green onions, sliced
1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
Preheat a sauté pan, and add olive oil. Add Ground Chuck, garlic mushrooms, and onions. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until ground chuck is cooked through and the onions are translucent. Add in Cream of Mushroom and Season with sea salt, pepper, and Ranch Dressing mix. Stir in Sour Cream and heavy cream. Simmer on low until it becomes creamy and a thick sauce forms. Stir in pasta and simmer 5 to ten minutes. Fold in green onions and cilantro.
