JASPER, AL (WBRC) -

Police are investigating the death of a pedestrian killed on a Jasper road early Wednesday morning.

Jasper police say a man was killed on Highway 5 near Snoddy Chapel Road in northwest Jasper around 4 a.m. Oct. 3.

The victim has not yet been identified. The person's death is still under investigation. Jasper Police Chief Connie Rowe says the roads were foggy at the time of the accident.
