Tilapia for Four


4 pieces of Tilapia

salt

pepper

Panko Bread crumbs

Fry Oil

Flour

Granulated Garlic

Paprika

Parsley

Eggs


Season the Tilapia with salt, garlic, pepper, paprika,and parsley. All seasonings to your taste, if you like garlic use a little more, if you don't like paprika you can leave it out.  Set fish aside, make an egg wash using 3 eggs and 1/4th cup of water, mixing them together well and put your egg wash in a shallow pan.  Put a cup of flour in another shallow dish and a 3rd shallow dish with the  Panko bread crumbs.  Heat oil in a skillet on medium.


Take a piece of the seasoned fish dip in the egg wash (coating both sides), then in the floor (coating both sides) then back in the egg wash (coating both sides) then in the Panko bread crumbs, place the fish in the fry oil.  Repeat until all fish are frying. Fish should be done in about 2-2 1/2 minutes, turn the fish once. The fish should be a nice golden brown and flake with a fork. 


Server with broccoli and garlic roasted mashed potatoes, or sides of your choice
