JEH JEH LIVE - Atrox Factory is open in Leeds. It is closed on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays until the week of Halloween. Most nights the Factory Tour is $18 and on weekends when special guests are on hand there is also a $5 fee at the gate. Atrox does not charge for parking. They except cash only. Arrive early and expect long lines - especially on the weekends. It runs from 6:30-10:30pm on Thursday and Sunday nights and 6:30pm-midnight on Friday and Saturday. BRODIE CROYLE - Mike went golfing for a special tournament yesterday and partnered with former University of Alabama Quarterback Brodie Croyle. He talked with Brodie by phone this morning and Brodie told us what playing golf with Mike is really like! He also gave us updates on his career and life these days.

ASK THE DOCTOR - Dr. April Maddux, a general surgeon who specializes in Breast Health at Brookwood Medical Center, joins us to take viewer questions about Breast Health.  October is Breast Cancer awareness month.  Self-breast exams and mammograms are key in the early detection of breast cancer.  Dr. Maddux discusses and answers questions about when to have a mammogram, diagnosis and treatment options and other issues related to breast health. - Alabama Cooperative Extension Agent Bethany O'Rear discusses putting down roots. She discusses planting trees - even for those concerned with storm-proofing their landscape! The Alabama Cooperative Extension System offers a seminar on Putting Down Roots: Tips for Storm-Proofing Your Landscape on October 24th at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens. The cost is $5 if you register by October 19th and $10 after that and at the door. Registration begins at 8:45am.
