New Jeffco Schools Superintendent to be named

A big announcement is expected today from the Jefferson County School System. Their new superintendent will be revealed.

The choice will be made from one of three finalists; Dale Robbins out of Dacula, Georgia, Dr. Karyle Green of New Haven, Indiana and Dr. Stephen Nowlin from Opelika, Alabama.

The new hire has big shoes to fill; he or she will replace Dr. Phil Hammonds, who announced in February he would be retiring.
