Sausage Peppers and Onions
6 sausage links
3 bell peppers
1 whole onion, sliced thin
Tomato sauce (you can use store bought-1 jar)
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of oil
Cook sausage and brown in a skillet, when ready slice the sausage, set aside. Saute onions and peppers in the oil adding salt and pepper to taste. Add the sausage and tomato sauce to the onions and peppers, let simmer until all is well heated.
Serve over pasta or on hoagie roll for a sub!
