Two drivers were injured and taken to local hospitals on Wednesday night after an early morning accident. It happened around 10:30 p.m. on I-459 northbound at the Grants Mill Road exit.
Two 18-wheelers collided. One of them is a gas tanker and state troopers say gas leaked onto the interstate and they are trying to clean it up. The Department of Transportation is handing the cleanup.
All traffic is being re-routed to Grants Mill Road, so if you are going to be driving in this area this morning, be sure to allow extra time for some of the delays
State troopers would not say which hospital the victims were taken to, but they did say the injuries were minor.
