
Kairos Chicken Celebration

6 pieces boneless chicken tenderloins
4 pieces uncooked bacon, diced
1 large sweet white onion, diced
1 cup Sliced Mushrooms (a variety is better)
1 cup Heavy Cream or half n half
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 pinch fresh cracked white pepper
1 pinch fresh cracked black pepper
1 pinch sea salt
1 cup AP Flour
4 cups linguine pasta, cooked
Preheat sauté pan, and add olive oil. Add bacon and cook until golden brown. Dredge Chicken Tenderloins in flour and shake off any excess flour. Add Chicken Tenderloins and sear on one side until golden brown. Turn chicken over and add Mushrooms, Onions and garlic. Cook for several minutes, giving the mushrooms time to get a nice sear on them, and allow the onions to become almost translucent. Add heavy cream. If the sauce seems too thick, add a little water. Simmer over medium heat until chicken is firm. Add salt & pepper to taste. Serve over linguine Pasta.
