Fultondale Police treated a gunshot victim Wednesday evening who refused to tell them where or who he was shot by.
Police say the man called 9-1-1 from the Fultondale overpass on I-65 after walking there from another location. The man reportedly was shot in the leg. EMTs responded, gave the man medical care and then transported him to a hospital for observation.
However, police say that while they know the man's name, he refuses to tell them where he was shot or by whom.
