Lucy Baxley leaving politics

Lucy Baxley is finished with politics and moving back to Birmingham. The 74-year-old Democrat lost her re-election bid as public service commission president last Tuesday.

Baxley says her focus will be on her grandchild and great-grandchild both due in the New Year.
