IRONDALE, AL (WBRC) -

The Irondale Police Department is asking for help in finding the suspect in a burglary that occurred on Tuesday morning.

Detective Michael Mangina says the burglary took place around 2:34 a.m. at the Chevron located at 1811 Grants Mill Road.

The suspect is believed to have busted out the front door with a metal pipe. He then entered the store and stole money and tobacco products. He is described as a black male who was wearing some kind of decorative belt. His vehicle is described as a gold or tan Ford Expedition.

The description matches the suspect and vehicle of a burglary at the ABC store on Montevallo Road in October.
