Single vehicle accident claims the life of a Gadsden man

GADSDEN, AL (WBRC) -

A Gadsden man was killed Saturday night around 10:20 p.m. in a single car accident.

State Troopers report  that 62-year-old Clayton Burns of Gadsden was traveling three miles east of Gadsden on Coates Bend Road in Etowah County when the accident occurred. His body was taken to Collier Butler Funeral Home, according to State Troopers.

No other details were available. The accident is still under investigation.
