Albany,GA -

A new week brought no more solace to the Albany State community and those that knew Sports Information Director Edythe Bradley who suddenly passed away this weekend after suffering a brain aneurysm.

Usually a position held be several individuals, Bradley was the lone SID for all 11 Albany State sports as well as the statistician for the Albany Panthers.

The Rams now with the task of trying to some how fill a role that many feel was irreplaceable. Bradley was said to leave a lasting impression to those around her and now ASU left with a void as wide as her smile.

"It really hasn't sunk in because its all so surreal even you saying that, I can't imagine our program going on but I tell you we are going to use the blueprint that Edythe provided in order to provide some quality sports information direction for Albany State University. Again, she can never be replaced. We just hope to have someone fill some of the shoes that she wore." Said Albany State athletics director Dr. Richard Williams.
