Westwood left the GISA's Class A with two straight state football titles.
The Wildcats are not ready for their championship run to end.
The Wildcats will play for the AA state championship tomorrow night at Valwood.
This is a rematch of a regular season meeting that the Valiants won by 30 points.
The final score though is a bit misleading.
The game was close until Valwood pulled away late.
The chance to play Valwood again and win a third straight state championship has the Wildcats motivated to avenge the regular season loss.
"I think extremely focused. Ready for a chance at redemption. We have had a good week of practice. We are going to leave it all on the field Friday night. We will go expecting to be successful", said head coach Ross Worsham.
"We had a battle against them and we lost. I think we can hopefully win. Get back at them and just make even 1-1 on the season with them", said quarterback Mitch Good.
Game time is 7:30 p.m. Friday at Valwood's Goddard Field.
WALB News 10 will have highlights and postgame action from the Locker Room at 11:00 p.m. Friday.
