Police: Kidnapped woman found safe in New Orleans
Rachel Hilley. Source: FacebookA Vestavia Hills family is breathing a sigh of relief tonight after their kidnapped daughter was found safe.
Vestavia Hills Police Sergeant Johnny Evans tells FOX6 News that Rachel Nicole Hilley was located late Monday afternoon in New Orleans. The 21-year-old disappeared Saturday night.
Police say Joshua Thompson kidnapped Hilley. He was found with her this afternoon and was immediately arrested and charged with second degree kidnapping. He is being held on a $30,000 bond.
