Washington, DC (PRWEB) December 07, 2012
Virginia Union University announced last Friday that Turner Construction Company in association with TK Davis Construction was selected to build the University’s Robert J. Brown Living and Learning Center. This fast-tracked project broke ground yesterday, Thursday, December 6, 2012 and will complete in January, 2014.

The new building will be the first new construction since the L. Douglas Wilder Library and Learning Resource Center in 1997. The last residence hall on the Lombardy Street campus was built in 1966.
