BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) -
Attorneys for former Country Crossing lobbyist Jarrod Massey, have filed court papers asking to see their client. They say he has been attacked while behind bars.
According to court documents, the attorneys do not know Massey's current medical condition.
Massey is serving time for attempting to buy support from lawmakers for a state gambling bill.
