Shrimp Marinara for Four

 

8 Shrimp per Person

1 tablespoon of Garlic-minced

Marinara Sauce

Oil - enough to saute the Shrimp

Pasta - Penne or Linguine- 1/2 lb per person

Parmesan Cheese

 

Make or heat your own Marinara Sauce, let simmer.    In a skillet heat about a tablespoon of Olive Oil and the garlic, saute the Shrimp .  Shrimp is done when a light pink in color , it just takes 2 or 3 minutes in a hot skillet.  Add the Shrimp to the Marinara Sauce. Cook pasta according to directions on package. Put the pasta on a warm platter, pour the Shrimp and Marinara Sauce over the pasta, top with Parmesan Cheese. Serve with salad and garlic bread. Enjoy!
