
Chef Bob's Carbonara
1 pound Ziti
4 strips bacon sliced
4 cloves garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
4 farm fresh eggs
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
Cook ziti to aldente in salted water.
Cook bacon, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
Whip eggs in a seperate bowl, add 1 cup hot pasta water to eggs then add all other ingredients.
