Cab driver charged in December 8th homicide
Broderick SmithBIRMINGHAM,AL (WBRC) - Birmingham Police say a cab driver has been charged with murder. Broderick Smith 29 years old of Birmingham is accused in the shooting death of 38 year old Arlando Prichett of Birmingham on December 8th.
The incident took place on 2nd Avenue Southwest and Cotton Avenue. Police say Smith turned himself into homicide investigators on December 22nd. Smith is in custody in the Jefferson County Jail.
