
Sauté strip steak with a mushroom wine sauce and sauté squash and zucchini
2 6 oz. Strip Steaks
1 Zucchini cut very thin
1 Yellow Squash cut very thin
1 Shallot minced
1/2 Cup Beef Broth
4 Tablespoon Whipping Cream
3 Tablespoon Wine
2 Mini Sweet pepper or 1/4 of Bellpepper diced
4 Mushrooms cut in quarter
2 tablespoon butter
Onion Powder to taste
Salt & Pepper to taste
Olive oil
Heat two sauté pans seasoning steak with olive oil, onion powder, salt and
pepper.Seasoning squash and zucchini olive oil salt and pepper. Add oil and
butter to sauté pan place steak in sauté pan cook 3-4 on both side remove steak
from pan and place on plate, add wine, onions, pepper, and mushroom to sauté
pan sauté 2-3 minutes add beef broth and cream cook 2-3 minutes remove
pan from stove and add butter. In second pan add oil to pan place squash and
zucchini to sauté pan cook 2-3 minutes on both side. Place sauce on top steak
place squash and zucchini on the side.
