Police investigate shooting at a Pratt City apartments for the e

BIRMINGHAM,AL (WBRC) - Birmingham Police are investigating a shooting at Magnolia Terrace Apartments for the Elderly in the Pratt City area.  Police were called out last night around 6 p.m.
to 301 Avenue T. They found one person shot.  The shooting victim was transported to a local hospital.  The shooter was taken into custody.

This is the 2nd shooting in Birmingham at a facility for the elderly.  Last Saturday police were called out to a fatal shooting at Birmingham Trade Towers. 68 year old Tyrone Edwards was arrested for that shooting.  He was released Christmas day on a 75 thousand dollar bond.
