Man stabbed at Tuscaloosa YMCA

Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office investigators say they have arrested a man after he stabbed another man at the YMCA on Bryant Drive.

66-year-old Larry Travis was brought into the homicide office where he told investigators that he stabbed a 38-year-old male who had hit him with a towel. The victim was taken to DCH and was treated for a collapsed lung.

Travis was charged with 2nd degree assault and transported to the Tuscaloosa County Jail. He was held on a $15,000 bond.
