Teen faces 1st degree rape charge as an adult

TUSCALOOSA, AL (WBRC) -

Tuscaloosa police have accused a teenager of attacking a woman while she slept.

16-year-old Freeman Warren is charged with first degree rape as an adult. He was babysitting a relatives' child at Forrester Gardens Apartments.

The 21-year-old victim says she woke up as warren began assaulting her.
