The company has named Philip Cain as Senior Vice President and Joseph A. Scarano Jr. as Law Enforcement & Government Liaison Director.
Philip Cain, Senior Vice President has joined the firm after serving as the airport manager for Virgin Atlantic Airways (VAA) in Kenya. Cain has a proven record of customer service, project management and airport community relations accomplishments in the field of international airline management with Virgin Atlantic Airways. He served as liaison for the airway between Nairobi’s JKIA Airport, New York’s JFK and Newark, NJ airports providing guidance on all aspects of operations and governing regulations for the airline to ensure safe and secure on-time performance, passenger services, coordination of vendors and supplies.
Joseph A. Scarano, Jr., Law Enforcement & Government Liaison has had a distinguished 26-year career with the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey rising to First Commanding Officer at JFK Airport, a position he held since 2009. During this time he was responsible for the law enforcement activities of 250 police resources as well as serving as liaison for 14 federal agencies for the Port Authority. His duties also included the arrivals and departures of dignitaries and world leaders, including the President of the United States. Prior to his service at JFK, he was assigned to LaGuardia Airport and the Lincoln Tunnel commands, as a commanding officer and captain.
