Triple murder suspects to face judge

A preliminary hearing will take place for the suspects involved in a crash that killed an entire family.

Jeffrey Howe and Dominique Smith are expected in court today. The two are accused of slamming into the back of a car that was sitting at an intersection on Birmingport Road in October. A couple and their small child died.

The suspects are charged with three counts of felony murder.
