
Walter Caron of Nino's Italian in Pelham's Shrimp Carone for Four
8 Shrimp per Person
2 Green Peppers
1 Onion
tablespoon of Garlic-minced
Marinara Sauce
Oil - enough to saute the veggies
Pasta - Penne or Linguine- 1/2 lb per person
Salt and Pepper to taste
Parmesan Cheese
Make or heat your own Marinara Sauce, let simmer. Cut the onions and pepper into thin strips, set aside. In a skillet heat about a tablespoon of Olive Oil and the garlic, saute the onions and peppers add salt and pepper to taste, when the veggies are almost done, add the shrimp and cook about 2-3 minutes longer. Add the veggies and shrimp to the Marinara Sauce. Cook pasta according to directions on package. Put the pasta on a warm platter, pour the Marinara Sauce over the pasta, top with Parmesan Cheese. Serve and Enjoy!
