2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbs diced green chilis
2 tbs caramelized onions
¼ cup of pepper jack cheese
¼ cup of Parmesan cheese
½ cup mozzarella cheese
¼ cup of grilled red onions
1 jalapeno sliced
10 cherry tomatoes cut in half
¼ cup of queso fresco
½ cup of braised pork shoulder
light drizzle of cilantro and lime crema
Preheat oven on 550 degrees. Layer one item at a time on the pizza in the order listed. Cook for 6 minutes at 550 degrees.
