Dora man killed in wreck with 18-wheeler

BLOUNT COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

State Troopers responded to a fatal wreck involving a semi-truck in Blount County Sunday.

Troopers said an 18-wheeler and a GMC Yukon collided on U.S. 231 just before 5 a.m.

The driver of the Yukon, 43-year-old Keith Canter of Dora, died at the scene.

The driver of the semi was not injured.

The cause of the wreck is still under investigation.
