1 GREEN PEPPER
1 ONION
PARSLEY
6 MUSSELS
6 OZ MAHI MAHI
4 OZ SALMON
TILAPIA
8 SHRIMP
2 CUPS OF FISH BROTH
SALT & PEPPER
PARMESSAN CHEESE, SHREDDED
PARMESSAN CHEESE, SHAVED
DIRECTIONS:
COOK THE RICE FOR 20 MINUTES. ADD PEPPERS AND ONIONS. IN A SEPARATE FAN, COOK THE MAHI MAHI, MUSSELS, SHRIMP, TILAPIA, AND SALMON IN THE FISH BROTH. MIX THE SEAFOOD WITH THE COOKED RIDE. CHOP THE PARSLEY AND ADD THE PARMESAN CHESE ON THE TOP. SERVE IN A BOWL.
