Mary's Cakes and Pastries Cake Shots

(Buttercream Recipe)

* Icing:

Ingredients: 1 lb. butter

1 and 1/3 cups of shortening

6 cups of confectioners sugar

2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

Directions: Cream butter and shortening with paddle attachment. Sift sugar. Add sifted suger, beat until smooth. Add vanilla. Thin with up to 1/2 cup water if needed.

Variations: Chocolate - add chocolate ganache

                  Strawberry - Add strawberry filling or strawberry jam
