TUSCALOOSA, AL (WBRC) -

Tuscaloosa police are looking for a male and female suspected of stealing a laptop from a Best Buy store.

Police say the theft happened on Thursday, Feb. 7 at the Best Buy at 1800 East McFarland Blvd. The male suspect unplugged the laptop from the display and concealed it while the female suspect tried to shield him from other customers, Sgt. Brent Blankley with TPD said. Both suspects left the store with the laptop.

Officials are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspects shown in the surveillance photos. If you can identify the suspects, please call Tuscaloosa County Crime Stoppers at 205-752-STOP (7867) or Text "Tusc" and his location to CRIMES (274637).

Police say you will be eligible for a cash reward if your information leads to an arrest.
