One suspect was located and found a door to a residence was open. The resident told officers that a TV was missing from the living room. The TV was found outside of the building and marijuana was found on the suspect.
19-year-old Andrew Madison Smith was charged with unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle, 2nd degree burglary and 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana. He is being held in the Tuscaloosa County Jail on a $26,000 bond.
