NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) -
Nacogdoches Police do not suspect foul play after the body of a 41-year-old man was found in his vehicle in the parking lot of Medical Center hospital Monday afternoon.
According to a press release, a friend of Jimmy Wilton Parmley II found him around 4:24 p.m.
Justice of the Peace Kerry Don Williamson has ordered an autopsy.
Preliminary autopsy results indicate Parmley died of natural causes, according to Nacogdoches Police spokesperson Greg Sowell.
