The fourth victim remains hospitalized in serious, but stable condition Wednesday evening.
Flames could be seen for miles from the fire as firefighters fought against the wind to put it out Monday night. The fire occurred in a vacant building on 20th Street and 9th Avenue South.
Tuesday, fire crews recovered the bodies of three male victims. They have not yet been identified and officials fear it may take time to do so because the men are believed to be homeless.
