CHEF DONNELL JOHNSON'S Chicken Alfredo
8 ounces of diced chicken white meat
2 cup cooked fettuccine noodles
1 cup of diced mushroom
3 strips bacon diced
1/2 cup fresh broccoli
¼ cup diced onions
1 teaspoon diced garlic
¼ cup dice sweet peppers
1 ½ cup heavy cream
1 ½ cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons salsa
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon paprika
½ tablespoon onion powder
Olive oil
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
 Season chicken with olive oil, paprika, onion powder, salt-and-pepper. Heat sauté pan with 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Add chicken, Bacon, mushroom, peppers, onion, garlic, sauté 4-7 minutes. Heat a second sauté pan place chicken broth, cream, salsa and broccoli bring to a simmer, add Parmesan cheese and butter, simmer for 1 to 2 min. Add pasta, basil and cook for 1 minute. Add chicken mixture to the sauce and toss.
