Fultondale gifts $59,000 to schools

BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) -

Fultondale Mayor Jim Lowery and the city council gave Fultondale High School and Fultondale Elementary School checks totaling $59,000 in educational grants.

The high school was awarded $18,000.

The elementary school was awarded $31,000.

The high school athletics department was awarded $10,000.
