A Tuscaloosa man is facing rape charges after the parents of his victim reported the incident to police last week.
The suspect, 26-year-old Christopher Quin Price, was arrested today around 11 a.m. by Tuscaloosa Police Juvenile Investigators. He was taken into custody in the 1700 block of East McFarland Blvd.
Price is charged with three counts of second degree rape. The victim in the case was 12 years and Price was 25 years old at the time of the incident, according to Sgt. Brent Blankley.
Price is being held on a $90,000 bond in the Tuscaloosa County Jail. The investigation is ongoing and investigators expect to file more charges against Price.
