GARDENDALE, AL (WAFF) -

Court documents reveal new information in the case against Terry Greer, the Gardendale pastor charged with murder and attempted murder. Investigators say Greer killed him wife, Lisa, and shot their 18-year-old daughter, Suzanna.

According to newly released paperwork, police were able to talk with Suzanna to learn more about what happened inside the Greer home on January 10th. From those details, authorities were able to determine that Lisa Greer was shot first. Terry Greer then shot Suzanna and began chasing her with a gun until he was physically disarmed.

Previously, police have said Suzanna was able to wrestle the gun away from her father before running to a neighbor's house for help.

The affidavit also reveals that during the investigation, police determined that Greer indicated a motive to threaten, kill, or injure other people.

Greer's bond was initially set at $135,000, but after reading over the details of the case, the judge decided that bond would not be granted at all. The judge also made a note that there is concern for the mental and emotional well-being of Terry Greer.
