Lawson State to hold Career and Wellness Fair

The Career and Wellness Fair at the Bessemer Civic Center is the place to be later this week if you are looking for a job or a health check up.

Several companies that are currently hiring will be on site. Major health organizations will be there as well.

Kristie Ranking with Lawson State says the health fair will have massage therapists, chiropractors, vision screening, HIV tests, diabetes screening and high blood pressure screenings. She says all results will remain confidential.

The Lawson State Career and Wellness Fair will be March 14th at the Bessemer Civic Center. It runs from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.
