Traffic delays expected in Irondale

BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) -

Drivers can expect some serious traffic delays in Irondale today.

State crews will be doing bridge inspections on I-459 over I-20 this morning. The inspections start at 9:30 a.m.

Transportation officials say some lanes will be closed. The work is expected to be completed by 3:30 p.m. this afternoon.
