BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) -

The trial dates for two former police officers charged with arson have been pushed back.

Last year, Jason Arnold and Curtis Thornton were charged with setting fire to a home in Ensley along with a third man, Anthony Weaver.

At one point, all three were supposed to go to trial March 25. Arnold's trial has now been pushed back to June 17 and Thornton's trial is now set for June 10.

The attorney for Anthony Weaver says his client's trial will be delayed also, but a date has not been set.
