Fire damages three Birmingham homes

BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) -

An early morning fire in north Birmingham has left three empty homes damaged.

The fire broke out around 4 a.m inside an empty house on 3rd Street North near Rev. Abraham Woods Blvd. The fire damaged two nearby empty houses before firefighters were able to get the blaze under control.

No one was hurt in the fire. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
