A viewer sent us this picture of the wreck. Source: TellFox.comBirmingham police confirm that three people were injured in an accident on Red Mountain Expressway.
The one-car wreck happened in the northbound lanes just before the Highland/Arlington avenue exit.
Police say that six people were in the car and three people were injured and taken to the hospital. They say that two children were in the car and while they were sitting in car seats, both were ejected. The children were reportedly OK after the wreck and among those taken to the hospital.
Police couldn't confirm the condition of those injured.
