BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) -

The coroner's office has confirmed the identity of a man killed Tuesday in a wreck on Gadsden Highway.

The victim is identified as Kelvin Bradley Busby, a 29-year-old from Trussville. He and another person were traveling in an SUV that ran off the road in the 800 block of Gadsden Highway, crashed into a ditch and caught on fire. The wreck happened around 6 a.m. on April 23.

Busby and another person were transported to the hospital following the wreck. The other person's condition is unknown.
