Tuscaloosa Veterans Affairs Medical Center holds a Memorial Day ceremony at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 27 at their Sports Atrium in Bluilding 137.
Cottondale VFW Post 6022 and Ladies Auxilliary has a Memorial Day fish fry starting at Noon on Monday, May 27.
Plates of fried catfish, coleslaw, baked beans and hush puppies are $7 each. Proceeds benefit the Veterans Relief Fund.

Tannehill Ironworks and Historic State Park and the Alabama State Militia Artillery are hosting the 12th annual Civil War Battle and Living History Reenactment May 26 and 27.
