All Around Town Catering's Cherry Balsamic Glazed Pork Chops

Made by Chef Mark Giorgi

4 five oz pork chops [We are using 1855 Pork from PFG]

4 Tbsp cherry preserves [Farm House Produce]

2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp orange juice

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

1 Tbsp fresh basil

In a small bowl combine your cherry preserves, half of the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.

Heat grill or skillet, today it is a skillet. Spoon some of the mixture onto the pork.

When it is nice and hot place your pork chops in skillet. Cook for about 2 1/2 minutes and turn.

Add basil to top of chop. Continue cooking to perfect temperature.

We are serving it with Southwest rice and green beans. This cherry glaze is wonderful; hope you enjoy it!!!
