Bright Star's crab cakes
-1 bunchs green onions
-1/3rd can diced red pepper
-1/2 red onion
-1/2 tbsp Worchester sauce
-1/2 tbsp hot sauce
-1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
-1/3rd quart all purpose breader
-1lbs lump crabmeat
-2 large spoons mayonaise
-finely chop green onions and red onions, put them in a stainless steel bowl.
-add 2 eggs , tbsp Worchester, 2 tbsp hot sauce, and 1 tbsp Dijon mustard and red pepper.
-add 3lbs crabmeat,and 6 spoons mayonnaise, then start to mix everything together with steel spoon.
-while mixing add all purpose breader until you receive proper texture.
-form crab cakes to 3.5 ounce portions.
