Basil Chicken

2 Boneless Chicken Breast
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tablespoon basil
1teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon onion powder

Sauté Pineapple and Banana

1/2 cup diced pineapple
1/2 cup slice banana
3/4 cup green and red bell pepper
1/4 cup slice onions
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon butter


French Toast mix

2 Texas Toast
4 Eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon basil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Orange Sauce

8 oz. orange Juice
1 table brown sugar

Thicken sauce with cornstarch and water  

3 tablespoon water
1 table cornstarch  

Instruction

Prepare French toast mix and cook french toast. Seasoning chicken and grill to a temp 165 degrees. Prepare orange sauce and set a side. Heat a sauté pan add butter onions, bell pepper, pineapple, banana, brown sugar and cinnamon sauté 3-5 minutes. Assemble dish, Place toast on plate top with chicken, sauté pineapple, banana and drizzle with sauce
